It is the responsibility of the real estate agent/agency to inform clients of these Terms & Conditions.
All pricing is based on a single visit per property unless otherwise stated.
Packages can not be split up over separate days unless otherwise stated.
Any return visit will incur a $220.oo call-out fee plus costs of any extra services.
a. Please ensure the property is fully shoot-ready prior to our arrival. Properties not ready may result in sub-optimal results and/or additional fees (refer to Terms & Conditions).

c. For the easiest booking experience, please use our online ordering system: https://chosen.ubookr.com/ . A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Contact us if you require assistance.
d. Orders sent via SMS are discouraged, as they may be missed.
e. If no agent/owner is present to approve angles, the property will be photographed “As Is.”
f. Cancellation fees apply (see Cancellation Policy). Please notify us promptly if the property is not ready to avoid charges.
g. Minor item removal and basic retouching are included for photography only. Please remove any unwanted items beforehand.
h. If your property requires a specific creative style, please advise us at least two days prior so a creative brief can be prepared.
i. Custom packages are available upon request.
By booking or using any Chosen Photography services, you agree to the following terms.
1.1 Bookings must be made via the online ordering system. We accept no responsibility for bookings made via other channels.
1.2 Properties must be ready upon arrival. Waiting time due to cleaning, styling, or decluttering may incur a surcharge.
1.3 Any rearranging or styling of furniture must be completed before arrival. Waiting time will incur a surcharge.
1.4 If no agent/owner is present, the property will be shot “As Is." Minor items may be removed at our discretion. Return visits incur a fee.
1.5 Return visits for additional images or footage incur a minimum $220.oo call-out fee, plus any additional charges.
1.6 The photographer/videographer may complete the job before/after the allocated booking time.
1.7 Custom packages are available upon request.
1.8 Additional angles may be captured outside package inclusions and may be offered at an additional cost.
1.9 If no agent is present, final image selection is at our discretion. Return visits incur a call-out fee.
1.10 If photographer/videographer is required to stay onsite longer than allotted time. Excess time will be charge at $250.oo per hour per person.
2.1 Cancellation 4–8 hours prior: 50% of package price.
2.2 Cancellation 1–4 hours prior: 75% of package price.
2.3 Cancellation within 1 hour: 100% of package price.
2.4 In the event of rain, rescheduling is offered. If the shoot proceeds and is cancelled once on site, a call-out fee applies for any return visit.
3.1 Photos are typically delivered by 10:00 AM the following business day.
3.2 Excessive artistic direction or repeated reshooting of angles may incur a surcharge if shoot goes over allotted time.
3.3 Additional images requested after delivery will be charged at the published rate.
3.4 Excessive Photoshop requests will incur a surcharge.
3.4 Picking up of keys from office now incurs a $50.oo fee.
4.1 Floorplans are for marketing purposes only and are not legal documents.
4.2 Floorplans are typically delivered by 10:00 AM the following business day.
4.3 Measurements are approximate.
4.4 Any extra dwellings (e.g. multiple houses, granny flats, guest accommodation) and infrastructure(e.g. machinery sheds, stable complexes, barns) may incur additional fees.
4.5 Whilst we aim to deliver a detailed product, Site plans are mostly approximate in layout and are not be as accurate as a land survey. Excessive time amending plans may incur additional fees.
5.1 Creative direction is at Chosen Photography’s discretion. Re-shoots or re-edits may incur additional charges.
5.2 Chosen Photography may use videos for promotional purposes.
5.3 Drone footage supplied by other pilots must be captured by a CASA-licensed pilot.
5.4 Long form videos are typically delivered within 2–3 business days(Depending on level of editing needed).
5.5 One video revision is included in price(excluding Express Videos). Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
5.6 Videos cannot be Photoshopped. Please remove unwanted items prior to filming property.
5.7 Videos are delivered in MP4 (H.264, portrait or landscape). Alternate formats must be requested at booking and may incur a surcharge.
6.1 Packages can not be split over multiple visits, unless otherwise stated. Any return visit will incur a call-out fee.
6.2 Package inclusions can not be altered. if additions are needed please let us know or add to the booking.
6.3 Packages may be completed from either 1-3 staff.
6.4 Packages may be completed before the allotted time.
6.5 If wrong package is ordered and time is exceeded onsite due to other scheduled appointments and return visit is needed A return visit will incur a call-out fee.
6.6 Custom Packages available upon request.
6.7 Packages have a maximum allotted time. Please make sure you understand this and that everything is ready to go before we get there.
7.1 Safety is paramount, Please feel free to watch but don't distract.
7.2 The pilot may cancel or reschedule due to unsafe conditions.
7.3 CASA regulations override all agent/vendor requests.
7.4 Agents/Vendors are responsible for notifying neighbours of upcoming drone usage. Failure to do so may result in upset neighbours.
8.1 Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
8.2 Overdue accounts may incur:
2.0% monthly default interest (calculated daily)
5% monthly account-keeping fee
Suspension of services after 15 days
Recovery costs, including legal and collection fees
9.1 Copyright remains with the photographer under Australian law.
9.2 All intellectual property remains the property of Chosen Photography.
9.3 A limited license is granted for marketing the listed property only. Media may not be transferred to another agent without permission.
9.4 Chosen Photography accepts no liability for third-party use or post-delivery modifications.
9.5 Chosen Photography may use media for promotional purposes.
9.6 On-selling of media by agent/vendor after sale is prohibited.
9.7 Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9.8 Re-licensing outside the sales license is available at additional cost.
9.9 Media may be withheld until full payment is received.
